1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PurgeFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

PurgeFlow is a mobile application that helps users organize and declutter their iPhone by identifying unused apps, facilitating manual app deletion, and providing gamified rewards for digital wellness activities.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use PurgeFlow only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app
  • Not use the app to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. App Deletion

PurgeFlow does not delete apps automatically. All app deletions are performed manually by you through iOS's native deletion process. We are not responsible for any unintended deletions or data loss resulting from app removal.

5. Premium Subscription

PurgeFlow offers optional Premium features through in-app subscription:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

6. Partner Rewards

Rewards earned through PurgeFlow may be redeemed with our partner apps. Reward availability and terms are subject to change. Partner rewards are provided "as-is" and we make no guarantees about their availability or value.

7. Intellectual Property

PurgeFlow and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PurgeFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PurgeFlow, including loss of data, apps, or device functionality.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PurgeFlow at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
